If you want to open a case on a third-party website, Clash.gg is one of your best choices. There are thousands of cases to consider, so finding the best CS2 cases on websites can take a while. We’ve sifted through a huge number of deals and come up with some of the best options to consider, whatever your budget.

Note: the skins you win on Clash.gg are placeholders. When you win a skin, you win the value of that skin in coins on the spot, not the skin itself. You can then exchange coins at the venue for skins in the shop when cashing out. Therefore, it’s possible that rarer items won’t be available in the shop when you win them. You can always cash in the skin for the same price.

Disclaimer

Opening cases is fun, but it should still be fun. Only play with money or skins that you can afford to lose. Don’t expect to win. Case opening is No an investment; it’s a game. Treat case opening as a game where you pay an entry fee, not as an investment.

Additionally, always obey local laws. Do not play if you are underage.

Our Methodology

In our search for the best CS2 cases on Clash.gg, we checked official cases as well as community cases. We focus on offering a good balance of cost-opportunity. Additionally, we try to offer a good price range. There should be something here for everyone, whatever your budget.

We didn’t include official CS2 cases (like the Bravo Case, for example) because they can be opened within the game itself.

Budget Case

What is considered ‘budget’ obviously varies from person to person, but this case is accessible to a wide range of players and doesn’t cost a fortune to open. Consequently, they won’t produce the most amazing rewards if you hit the jackpot. However, this is a good option for someone who just wants to open a few cases with profits from selling dropped skins, for example.

1% Knife

The chance of opening a knife in an official CS2 box is 0.26%. If you want to increase those odds a bit as well as lower the opening price of the case, this is for you. It’s true, you can’t get a very expensive gem knife from this box, but the 1% chance of getting one is pretty good for the price.

Hunter

The Hunter is a bit pricey for a budget case, but it offers some amazing rewards for the price. However, the chance of getting this prize is quite small. There is a 98.55% chance of getting Valence P250 but more than that gives you huge profits. If you’re really lucky, you can x536 (or better) your entry fee.

Sticker Sheet

If you’re a fan of the (new) stickers in CS2, this case is a great one to pop. There’s not much profit to be had, but the chances of opening a box of stickers that are worth more than what you paid for the box are quite high. This is a cool way to get some great stickers if you’re not sure which stickers you want to put on your gun.

Exiled

The Exciled case is a budget case with pretty good opportunities. Your chances of making a 5x profit are 15% in this case, which is quite high. This case obviously won’t give you any dream skins, but it could be a good way to quadruple your low-level in-game drops.

Profit Abuser

The Profit Abuser case has not stolen his name. If you open it, you get a 40% chance of making a profit. Of course the profits are small. But it’s an opportunity too good to ignore when listing the best CS2 cases in Clash.

Small Fish

If you don’t like taking a lot of risks, the Little Fish case might be for you. There is a 45% chance of making a profit when opening this case, making it a great option for people who want to play it safe. But the chances of making big profits are quite small, and for the most part you’ll make a few pennies for each box opened. There is also a chance (0.20% to be exact) of 47x your entry fee, which is a cool bonus.

Budget ball

The Budget Baller case is a good case for people who want a higher risk-reward ratio. This is a case that gets quite pricey to be at the budget level, but it offers some nice rewards. There is a 10% chance of 5x your entry fee.

Split 50-50

The name may not be very classy, but the case is quite interesting. There is a 50% chance of making a profit if you open this case, and a 10% chance of making a 3x profit. That’s a pretty good opportunity, and if you’re in an ‘all or nothing’ mood then this could be a great opportunity to unlock.

Blue Ball

The Blue Balls case has a 10% chance of making a profit. If you are lucky (2.5% chance) you can get a fairly large 17x reward. The other rewards inside that 10% profit bubble are a little less impressive, but we still like the opportunity.

Mid-Budget Case

If you want to open a few cases and have a good chance of unboxing something really valuable, you might want to consider a mid-budget package. These cases cost more to open, but offer greater (potential) rewards.

Guaranteed 10% Knives

This case does exactly what it says on the tin. There is a 10% chance that you will open a knife case after opening this box. More expensive prizes will obviously be much rarer, but even the cheapest knife you can win will cost you 6x the entry fee.

It’s 50-50

Like a coin toss? This is for you. This case gives you a 50% chance of making a profit. It must be said that all the rewards in this case only provide marginal returns, but getting 50% back on more than you put in can be a very good deal.

Main AWP

If you like shooting big green guns, you should consider popping this case. Even if you’re not an AWPer, this is a very interesting case. There’s a 24% chance of making a profit when opening an AWP Main Case, and even a chance (very small, admittedly) of getting a Dragon Lore or Medusa.

10% AWP Asiimov

Asiimov’s AWP is an iconic weapon in Counter-Strike. If you have a special interest in this legendary skin, you can always consider opening this case. There is a 10% chance of making big profits, and all rewards feature Asiimovs’ StatTrak AWP.

5% Gloves

Nowadays, gloves are a completely accepted aspect of CS2. If you’re still wandering around without gloves and want to upgrade your inventory with a good pair of gloves, this is a good case to consider. There’s a 5% chance of making a profit, which is better than what you’d get in an official CS2 box with gloves.

peas

Those who want to try out legend tier skins without paying a lot of money for a case and/or having a very low chance of making any profit can try the Beans case. There is a 16.65% chance of making a profit if you open this case, and getting more profitable rewards is quite achievable with this case.

High Level Cases

If you have a lot of money to spend and want to get top-tier rewards, the high-tier case is for you. These cases cost a lot to open, but even the worst prize inside will usually cost more than the price of even a mid-tier case. Note that, while the rewards are great, the risk factor also increases. Please see our disclaimer at the start of the article: never play with money you cannot afford to lose.

Pro Settings

If you’re interested in getting loads like the pros, unboxing a ProSettings case might be a good idea. There’s a 6.40% chance of making a very decent profit, and even the lower tier skins are proven weapon skins.

Blade 50-50

If you feel like it’s all or nothing, Knife 50-50 is a great option to open. You either get a knife, or you get (almost) nothing, nothing in between. A 50% chance of making a profit is not bad at all, but be aware of the fact that there are no huge profits to be made here. However, if you want the thrill of a 50/50 scenario, this is a good case to consider.

30% Knife

If you want to get a good chance with commensurate returns but you want to take more risk than the 50-50 case above, this is for you. The 30% Knife Case gives you a 30% chance of making a very good profit. However, if you don’t reach that 30%, you will lose your entire opening fee, as there are no ‘reserve prizes’ here that refund part of your entry fee.

60% Profit

A case with a 60% chance of making a profit seems too good to be true, but it does exist. The catch here is that the profits are never that big. Even the rarest prize will only give you a 1.09x profit. So yes, this case is low risk (comparatively) but also low reward.

Vortex

Vortex Case gives you a 45.5% chance of making a profit. Those are some very decent odds, and there are also some ‘reserve rewards’ in this one, with the M4A4 Neo-Noir (5%) setting you back more than half your entry fee. Those are some pretty good opportunities if you ask us.

Conclusion

There are tons of cases on Clash.gg, and more are added every day. Therefore, finding the best case is a difficult task. The ‘best’ case also depends on your preferences. If you’re a risk taker, you won’t like 50-50 cases with low maximum profit potential, for example.

This is why we strive to offer a good balance of cases, from super budget cases with regular odds to top tier cases with a great chance of opening a knife case (and also a high chance of losing your entire entry fee). There should be something for everyone on this list, whatever your budget or goals.

As always, we want to urge you to be careful. Opening a case is fun and exciting, but it is not an investment. You are not guaranteed to make a profit, even after opening many cases. Odds for cases do not stack: You can open 100 cases with a 50% chance of making a profit and still lose every time. It all comes down to luck. A good idea is to set a budget and stick to it. That way you can enjoy opening cases responsibly.

Good luck, and have fun!
