Introduction
The time has arrived: Cache is in CS2.
The iconic map was deleted from a collection of active task maps in March 2019 However, the map can still be played in competitive arranged marriages and is one of the most popular maps on CS: go to transition to CS2.
With this updated version release, fans hope to look at the iconic map back to a collection of active tasks and, as a result, pro scenes.
How to play cache on cs2
Although hype, cache has not been officially in CS2. This is not part of an arranged marriage map pool. At the time of writing, players who want to play cache on CS2 must download it through the workshop. This is how:
- Go to the Cache Workshop page
- Click the ‘subscription’ button green
- Wait for the download to finish and then launch your game
- Cache can now be found in the game workshop map
Given the popularity of the map, it is likely to join a competitive map faster than later. Until then, you can check it with friends or alone.
When will the cache be available in premier mode?
Many players are waiting for the cache to be added to a collection of active task maps – Maps used for the Pro and Main Fashion Tournaments. However, there are some uncertainty about this. However, cache is a map made by the community. This is made and managed by FMPone, not a valve.
Historically, this is not an obstacle for the inclusion of active tasks, but Valve’s attitude may have shifted. According to a reliable source, Valve wants full control over a collection of active task maps, which is why they buy the right to Anubis (maps made by other communities) before adding it to a collection of maps for official matches.
Because the cache remains in the hands of FMPone, the addition in the main mode and the pro tournament is uncertain. We fully hope to come to a competitive and casual game mode, but if it will appear in the official tournament, some businesses behind the scenes may need to be sorted first.
