Battlefield 6 Crossplay: How to Turn It Off

Usually, games featuring crossplay are good news for gamers. This means you can queue up and play with people on other platforms. In addition, because the number of matchmaking is greater, the waiting time is also shorter. However, some people may want to turn off Battlefield 6’s crossplay feature for various reasons. On the console

Turning off crossplay on console is very easy. Just go to settings menunavigate to systemand turn crossplay slider is off. Just that. You will now only be paired with other players on your console system, and you won’t find any more PC players in your game.

On PC

If you’re on PC, you can’t turn off crossplay, as the option isn’t there. This makes sense, as there’s really no reason for PC players to consider turning off crossplay. Console players do get aim assist (which can be annoying at times), but the amount of assist they get isn’t enough to be considered ‘unfair’.

After all, if you’re a PC player, you’ll always be playing against a mix of console and PC players. You can see which players are on what platforms by looking at the icons next to their usernames on the scoreboard.
